So while our windows have not been installed yet (but I'm pretty sure I won't have to take back my rating), I wanted to share our experience so far.
When I originally booked the appointment, I spoke with a guy named Sheldon who was super nice and professional. I had a good idea of what the appointment was going to entail and left the conversation with all questions answered.
We had our in home consultation with Stephen Hawkins (I was also very impressed they emailed me a pic of who was coming and a little bio about them). He was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the company as a whole and about the windows/installation process. We ended up signing up and placing deposit! We are excited to get this process started and will definitely be referring people to you!

We were extremely pleased with Feldco windows.
The personal representative, Jose Ayala, showed us everything in the showroom. He explained the pros and cons of each part of the windows. David Hunt gave us such accurate measurements of our window openings that every custom manufactured window was a perfect match. The installers, Robert Gonda & Lada Ivan did excellent work. Robert showed us his work every step of the way. Lada took out the old windows carefully. None of our wooden interior woodwork was damaged.
Lada also made sure there was no residual mess left behind inside or outside. Robert did such a good job capping with the aluminum that our exterior trim looked as good as ever-- even better. The color match was perfect.
The new triple pane windows deaden the noise of living by a busy corner.
Overall we highly recommend Feldco and their excellent employees to anyone considering new windows.

I’ve had Feldco windows for more than 25 years with no concerns. I recommended the company when my mother needed to get new windows installed. They have a wonderful window presentation and they had the most economical price compared to their competitors (Window Nation & Pella were the other quotes). One note of interest, Feldco does have an “F” rating with the BBB. I’ve learned that the BBB has a rigorous process and cost is attached to be a part of BBB so this may be why they are not aligned to the BBB. One of the competitors used the “F” rating as a sales tactic when I declined to move forward with them. The other competitor communicated upfront that they would not compete with Feldco pricing. Another aspect I appreciated about Feldco, is that we have bars on the basement windows. They removed the bars for installation and put them back!!! The others said they couldn’t put the bars back. This is why Feldco won the business, outside of reputation & cost! All in all, we're happy with their product & service.
