When do I get paid?

Your $250 check is mailed approximately three weeks after the contract date of the referral’s purchase.

Does my friend need to mention my name?

Yes, in order for us to track the job and pay you your reward, they should give us your name when they schedule their appointment.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

Absolutely not! The more people you refer, the more you can earn. There are exceptions for multi-unit residential complexes outlined below though.

Do I have to be a current customer to refer someone?

To earn the $250 reward, yes you do. The rewards are for Feldco customers that share their experience and bring us a referral.

To be eligible for a reward, you must be a previous Feldco customer. A reward is earned after your referral makes their first Feldco purchase. You will receive a reward of $250 in the form of a check. Reward letters are mailed out approximately 3 weeks after the contract date of the referral’s sale. Only one reward is earned per new customer referred. The referrer cannot be the owner for the referred property. Referral information must be received within one year of the contract date. In the event of conflicting referrals, Feldco reserves the right to determine who receives credit for such referrals. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn. There is no minimum purchase requirement to earn a previous customer reward from Feldco. Referrals may be subject to verification by both parties. Feldco reward checks and certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed and/or expired. Recipients are responsible for all applicable taxes. Void where prohibited by law. All interpretations of program terms and conditions will be taken at the sole discretion of Feldco. Feldco reserves the right to change the rules, conditions, benefits, or rewards pertaining to the Reward Program, or terminate the program, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

No referral reward will be issued for sales to residents of townhomes or condominiums or their homeowners’ associations where a board or association decision mandates that all homeowners purchase Feldco products.
