We bought 20 feldco windows back in 97 to 99. We had an issue with the locks...and feldco stood by their life time warranty and replaced all the locks for free. What an Awesome experience to not have to fight for what was guaranteed.

We had an excellent consultation with Feldco Windows, thanks to Joe J. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire appointment. Even though the presentation was fairly long, it never felt long—Joe kept everything engaging and easy to understand. What really stood out was how patient and understanding he was with our kids being around during the consult, which we truly appreciated. We previously had a consultation with another big-name company that was absolutely awful, and the difference was night and day compared to our experience with Joe. Overall, this was a great experience, and we felt well-informed and comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend Feldco—and definitely ask for Joe J!
