Freddie was very kind and accommodating to my mom and me. He helped to explain the project to my mom in Spanish, which she appreciated. Freddie took his time to talk to us, gave us options on the doors, added promotions, and did not talk down to us as women like other company reps have done to us. We had just gone through a bad experience with another a sales rep for another roof/window/door company, who had been very disrespectful to my elderly mom and me. But Freddie was great. We hope to do other projects with you and Feldco in the future! Thank you.

We love are new window's and sliding glass doors! We have little ones and from every step they were helpful and gracious in providing quality care and product! My 2 year old was very intrigued with the process and they were all patient and kind! Installation was quick and we were not inconvenienced by any delays. We had issues with two windows installed by Feldco and went back and forth with Feldco for two years with no resolution. One day Scott contacted us asking if the issues were resolved or still ongoing. Scott listened to our problems, asked what would satisfy us and did what we wanted. He ordered new windows and installed them within 3 weeks. He and his partner Todd did an outstanding job, the trim work inside and outside was beyond our expectations. That was the customer service we had expected from Feldco.
