Feldco Named a Top Workplace for the 7th Time

Feldco Windows, Siding and Doors has once again been named a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune. The list of Top Workplaces is based on the results of employee feedback in a survey administered by Energage, LLC. The surveys measured different aspects of an organization’s overall workplace culture and assessed everything from the work-life balance to the confidence in company leadership.
