We had Kevin Klitzka from Felco Windows come out for an in-home appointment, and he was great to work with. Very professional, right on time, and really knew his stuff. He walked us through the window options without being pushy, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Kevin brought samples and visuals so we could really picture how things would look, which was super helpful. The windows themselves seem like great quality, and we left the appointment feeling confident and excited to move forward. If you're thinking about new windows, definitely give Felco a call—and ask for Kevin!

We just purchased our new front door from Feldco. Our sales person Zach was so helpful and knowledgeable during the buying process. He explained the products available and was able to customize our new front door to meet our needs. There was no pressure at all and it was a very easy purchase process. We purchased an entry door from Feldco. The process was detailed from beginning to end, including choosing a door after viewing the door selections and colors. The difference between the doors was explained. We were shown the threshold and how it worked to keep moisture and air from seeping into our home. Our sales representative was very specific with details and answered all our questions. We were given a timeline for each step from purchase to installation. We actually received our door and frame before the timeframe expired. Our installer was fantastic, working expeditiously without any breaks and meticulously to install the door frame, the door, threshold, casing inside our home and calking outside the door and frame as well as sealing the threshold. The process went smoothly and we are so glad that we chose Feldco over so many other companies! We are completely satisfied. Thank you for completing our door installation and we love our new door!
