Our Feldco Rep, Gary Kos, was great. From our first meeting, through the ordering process. We replaced all the windows in our house, 23 windows plus a sliding glass door. After installation Gary followed up with us on a couple minor issues we reported to customer service to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. Thank you, we appreciate your commitment to the very end of the project. The crew of three installers lead by John were very prompt and nice to work with. John answered any questions we had and explained how the new windows and door functioned, and completed the project in 2 days! Thank you!

Installers were efficient and professional. I had prepared for this installation as requested and I swept up around window area to make installation easy and clean. Because I did my part, the installation was quick and easy. Time will tell, though, if windows continue to operate smoothly after a year or so.

Freddie was very kind and accommodating to my mom and me. He helped to explain the project to my mom in Spanish, which she appreciated. Freddie took his time to talk to us, gave us options on the doors, added promotions, and did not talk down to us as women like other company reps have done to us. We had just gone through a bad experience with another a sales rep for another roof/window/door company, who had been very disrespectful to my elderly mom and me. But Freddie was great. We hope to do other projects with you and Feldco in the future! Thank you.
