Great Experience

I am happy to write a positive review for Felco. I was very pleased with their professional crew from the salesperson Tom Swan to construction manager Richard Robuck. Since spring was around the corner, I was in desperate need of a roof replacement. I could not be at peace knowing that the rain season was beginning. I contacted many roofing companiesRead More some would schedule appointments and end up cancelling or would never show up.
I received many quotes, and some were very affordable and even half the price of what I paid. I choose Felco. I liked that they had zero financing and warranties that were great. The materials are great and durable. I will never have to worry about the workmanship or materials used for my project.
Felco sent the construction manager to inspect the roof and found that the gutters also need to be replaced. We proceeded with the replacement of gutters as well. Felco made sure that my job was scheduled immediately. Within a couple of weeks from signed contract date the construction crew was out. The construction crew come in on a Saturday at 7 a.m. and was gone by 4 p.m. like nothing happened. The property was left clean, and my landscaping was not damaged or stepped on. I am happy to say that I am now part of the Felco family.
When hiring a contractor please do not just read bad reviews. I had a company show me Felco’s BBB review to steer my decision, but I did not work.

He was extremely helpful with color choices with house and roof colors and we're now completely comfortable with all our choices. Love the roll screen option and chose that for both front and back storm doors. Our door frames need to have the structure built out to attach the doors so he face-timed the office and got the information he needed. No waiting for decisions or quotes. We were able to wrap everything up quickly, had all our questions answered and have our measurement date all set - in one visit! We highly recommend Feldco and Jim. He takes great pride in his work and highly respects the company he represents and it shows.

I am very pleased with the installation of my doors done on 5/9/24. The two gentlemen were on time, courteous, and worked to complete the job. They cleaned up and hauled away any debris created from their installation. They were kind to show me and make sure I knew how to use my doors and keys to lock and unlock them. Job well done.

We ordered our windows from Feldco and they arrived in 4 weeks and were set up with an installation date which was kept. Cleaned up every scrap of material vacuumed inside the home and left the property emaculate. Job well done and would recommend them to anyone.

Replacement windows

Happy with our windows so far; we will see what this winter brings. Our salesman, Mike, was awesome. Answered all of our questions we had and followed up with us after the install. The installer laid plastic down inside and outside, cleaned up the mess after the install. We will be recommending to others in town.

I called to have my window replaced because it had gas inside. This window was put in twenty one years ago. They are guaranteed for life. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They came today and the two gentleman were so professional. I love my windows and I am so glad we chose Feldco.

Back in 2017 we had Feldco replace one window in our home that had broken. They did a great job and the product quality was fantastic. So, now in 2023 when it was time to replace ALL of our windows we called them again. Windows were installed about 4 or 5 weeks after we ordered them. The sales rep who came to our home was very helpful, and theRead More installers worked nonstop for almost 6 hours to get everything done (it even rained on them on and off all day and the never stopped!). They cleaned up after themselves and when they left I couldn't even tell that they had been there, other than the beautiful new windows I was looking at! I highly recommend Feldco!

Repairs to 5 year old siding.

I had some storm damage that required the electricians to remove some of my siding in such a way it was not reparable by them or me. I called Feldco and explained my situation and they had someone out to fix my siding within a couple weeks. I found out from the technician, my particular color of siding was discontinued but he managed to not only findRead More a coil of material to make the repair but also found the caulking in the matching color. The repair is not even noticeable from prior to the damage. I am very happy with the technician Dave who arrived right within the service window and finished promptly and made sure to clean up all the scraps afterwards. Excellent job Feldco!
