Great customer service. Seamless process for buying my new windows. Cant say enough for the installers. They did an amazing job putting the new windows in. The trim work outside looks spectacular. Couldn't be happier with the entire interaction.
The Test of Time

The real test of a product and the install often comes over time. % years ago I purchased a new front door, front screen door and a garage door from Feldco. The install went great and they look great. The quality has been great over the years as well as the insulating quality of the doors. Very happy with my purchase and the service provided.

Waranty Work

I installed Feldco Windows in Oct 2009. They have worked well but there were some minor issues that I wanted addressed. When I called the Milwaukee office, they were very friendly and had immediate access to my original contract and warranty information. Arrangements were made and Bernie came out to the house for a review of the issues in March 2023.Read More And when the replacement parts arrived, he and Brian came out the house in early May 2023 and completed all the repairs. Bernie was very knowledgeable, experienced and personable! Brian even went out of the way to make a second trip back the warehouse to obtain two correct parts so the job could be completed that date. The customer service provided by the support staff in the office and especially Bernie and Brian was out standing! I will recommend Feldco to anyone in need of replacement windows or doors.

About 8 months after the door was installed I noticed cold air coming in. It was wasn't closing properly and I couldn't lock it. Feldco sent Bernie out within 2 days. He leveled the door and it now locks easily. He made sure he was the one to return because the bottom lock
