Feldco Named a Top Workplace for the 7th Time
Feldco Windows, Siding and Doors has once again been named a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune. The list of Top Workplaces is based on the results of employee feedback in a survey administered by Energage, LLC. The surveys measured different aspects of an organization’s overall workplace culture and assessed everything from the work-life balance to the confidence in company leadership.
Feldco was among 140 Chicago area companies recognized as one of the Tribune’s Top Workplaces. Feldco President, Ron Gerstung stated, “We are extremely honored to be once again named a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune. Especially in such a challenging year, I’m humbled to work with such an amazing and dedicated team.”
Feldco has now been named a Top Workplace seven times and was named the #1 Window and Door Company in America by Window and Door Magazine. “We do pride ourselves on having a very strong, positive culture and being recognized for it is extremely rewarding. And it’s this culture that leads to happy employees and ultimately – delighted customers,” Gerstung added.
