MADISON, MILWAUKEE, INDIANAPOLIS, ROCKFORD AND CHICAGO! We are looking for experienced Sales professionals to join our successful, highly-motivated team at Feldco® Factory Direct, LLC. Feldco is a rapidly expanding our window, door and siding team throughout the Midewest. For over 30 years, Feldco® has focused on delighting customers by making home improvement projects simple. This position will operate out of one of four design center showrooms in Chicago , Rockford, Milwaukee, Madison or Indianapolis. Your goal is to ensure that Feldco’s expanding customer base and markets receive consistent, professional consultation from reliable and intelligent Sales professionals whom the company and our customers can trust

Responsibilities:
|
Responsibilities include: • Respond to all sales appointments and conduct in-home product demonstrations. • Maximize the conversion of leads to sales. • Develop and maintain customer relationships. • Coordination with other departments including, Production, Finance & Installation. • Utilize sales and problem-solving skills to better serve external and internal customers. • Attending product knowledge seminars. • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and company sales metrics standards.

Required Experience:

Qualifications include: • Highly self-motivated and ambitious • Two or more years sales experience required (in-home sales preferred) • Entrepreneurial spirit • Professional and friendly demeanor • Demonstrated intelligence and problem solving ability • Strong communication and presentation skills • Accountability for customer satisfaction and inside sales and service process • Reliability and consistency with both internal and external customers • Ability to be project oriented & follow-up with structured action • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required • Bilingual a plus
