Job Description: 
The Field Technician (FT) is responsible for completing the Feldco in-home sales transcation, including accurately measuring window, door and siding projects, and for organizing and confirming product orders. The FT inspects completed jobs and provides service/repair of windows, siding and doors. The FT interfaces directly with the customer to deliver a superior experience and value to our customers. This position interfaces with multiple departments on a variety of issues to facilitate our purchasing and fulfillment process of measurement, ordering, scheduling, inventory/distribution, installation, and service. This individual will also collect payments and will assist in the sales process.

We seek an individual who has technical competency for measurement installation work, who has excellent customer service and communication skills, and who is reliable, organized and consistent with work output. A pro-active and motivated professional that works efficiently on multiple projects. 

Required skill set: 
  • 2+ years demonstrated technical competency with home construction projects 
  • Extremely accurate and detail-oriented 
  • Outstanding customer service skills 
  • Basic PC skills for accurate data entry and tracking 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Must work well in dynamic team environment with aggressive goals 
  • Ability to work most Saturdays and flexible schedule to meet the demands of our customers 

Preferred skill set: 
  • Undergraduate or trade school coursework 
  • Skilled trade experience with windows and doors 
  • Home improvement/replacement contractor industry experience 
  • Proficient with Windows, Outlook and other business software programs.

Job Description:
As delegated by the Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer works directly with marketing department to create and design all print including but not limited to newspapers and magazines, on-line ads as well as website design, outdoor billboards, in-stadium signage, brochures, sell sheets, and point-of-purchase displays. The Designer will interface with the marketing, sales and IT staff and employees, as well as special assignments.

This position will be part-time, up to 30 hours per week, to begin with onsite (Des Plaines, IL) work required.

Job Description: 
  •  The Feldco Call Center is a high-volume, fast paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills, can be accurate and detail-oriented and like working in a dynamic, team environment, then we need you to help with our continued growth! 
  • Positions are part-time hours working nights (3/4 pm- 9 pm) and weekends. 

Responsibilities include: 
  • Manage all inbound customer service calls to assist customers with timely and accurate answers 
  • Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, email or direct mail 
  • Schedule and enter sales and service appointments 
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships 
  • Superior coordination with other departments including Sales, Production, Finance, etc. 
  • Utilize service and problem-solving skills to better serve external and internal customers 
  • Achieve or exceed individual customer service goals and departmental metric standards 

 Requirements Required Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel) 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment 
  • Stable work history and great attendance record 
  • Professional attitude and ambition 

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Bi-lingual preferred, but not necessary

Job Description: 
The Field Technician (FT) is responsible for completing the Feldco in-home sales transcation, including accurately measuring window, door and siding projects, and for organizing and confirming product orders. The FT inspects completed jobs and provides service/repair of windows, siding and doors. The FT interfaces directly with the customer to deliver a superior experience and value to our customers. This position interfaces with multiple departments on a variety of issues to facilitate our purchasing and fulfillment process of measurement, ordering, scheduling, inventory/distribution, installation, and service. This individual will also collect payments and will assist in the sales process.

We seek an individual who has technical competency for measurement installation work, who has excellent customer service and communication skills, and who is reliable, organized and consistent with work output. A pro-active and motivated professional that works efficiently on multiple projects. 

Required skill set: 
  • 2+ years demonstrated technical competency with home construction projects 
  • Extremely accurate and detail-oriented 
  • Outstanding customer service skills 
  • Basic PC skills for accurate data entry and tracking 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Must work well in dynamic team environment with aggressive goals 
  • Ability to work most Saturdays and flexible schedule to meet the demands of our customers 

Preferred skill set: 
  • Undergraduate or trade school coursework

This will be the senior operations, distribution and logistics manager of the company. This individual will be a leader, entrepreneur, teacher, mentor and change agent for our Fulfillment organization.
