Feldco® Installers and Installation Crews
Installation and service professionals for replacement windows, doors, and siding. We are looking for experienced window/door/siding installers/service people to delight our customers with Superior and Consistent Delivery, Installation and Service of our products in our expanding markets.
Installers Must:
• Have own tools and vehicle
• Run a 2-3 person crew
• Strong communication / problem solving skills
• Must have 2-3 years installation of vinyl replacement windows and new construction doors experience with the ability to service product as well
• Must have state issued incorporation documentation
• Must be insured

Required Education:
Required Experience: Qualifications include:
• Driver’s license and insurance for all vehicle operators
• Reliable and presentable box van or extended pick up truck
• Tool requirements: Nail guns, 10 foot brake, 2’-28’ ladders, scaffolding, tarps, vacuum, drills, miter saw, sawzall, lamps, circular saw and other applicable installation tools
• Proven job references, of window and woodwork experience (masterframes, instops, outstops, flange windows, Doors, Bays, Bows, Garden windows, Patio Doors, Capping experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of field installation experience w/windows, doors and/or siding
• Field Service Experience: Ability to service doors and windows, change locks, glass, shim windows, replace mainframes, etc.
• Saturdays required
• First-class service attitude and work ethic

Feldco® Application Developer
.Net Applications Developer wanted to join our IT team at Feldco Factory Direct, LLC, a rapidly growing home improvement services company headquartered in Des Plaines, IL.
BS in Information Technology/Computer Science & five years relevant web UI development experience, including graphic design & development, on a Microsoft IIS platform. Experience & knowledge of Visual Studio, VB / ASP.NET, Master Pages & Themes, Web Services, JavaScript, CSS, DHTML& AJAX needed. Strong understanding of Windows web application architecture, SDLC, web application deployment, & programming practices is required.

Feldco® Computer Software Engineer
Feldco has developed and maintains a custom business ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that handles all aspects of our business, specifically:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Sales and Purchase Orders, Procurement
- Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Service Management
- Municipality Management
- Payroll and Commissions
- Billing and Accounting (AP, AR, CM, GL)
- Reporting and Executive Dashboards
The ERP system is a carefully-designed, very detailed, thoroughly tested system that requires the close coordination of the Application Development department with all other departments, specifically: Marketing, Accounting, Procurement, Fulfillment, Sales, Customer Service, Executive, Warehousing and Inventory.
The Computer Programmer will report directly to the Director of IT and will have advanced responsibilities and authority within the Application Development team to make decisions that impact procedures, timelines, technologies and scope of work.

Required Education: - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Microsoft MCSE/MCSD preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills required
Required Experience: - 5 to 6 years of experience in software programming
- Must have worked on at least two large .NET projects
- Microsoft SQL 2000/2005 backend
- Knowledge of IIS and Web Site Application Deployment
- Experience in Java, C++ or other object oriented development is a big plus
- Should have a background in designing and delivering complex web based applications
- Experience with integrating .NET with legacy applications
- Fluent in the following languages: HTML, VBA, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SQL
- STRONG experience with Stored Procedures, Windows Applications, Adobe Photoshop, 3rd Party COM Objects/Web Services
- Understanding of database Security
Required Networking Skills:
- Understanding of Windows Security, Active Directory
