Q: How long does it take from the time I call for someone to come out to my home
and give me a free estimate?
A: We make every effort to give you an estimate within 48 hours.
Q: Once I approve the estimate, how long will it take for you to custom-make my new
Feldco® windows?
A: Your new Feldco®
windows will usually be installed six to eight weeks from the date you sign your
contract.
Q: How long does installation take?
A: Most jobs are installed in just one day. We take great pride in
leaving your home clean we pick up after ourselves and haul away your old windows.
Q: Will you finance my new Feldco®
windows?
A: Financing is available.
We can go over options at the same time we present your estimate.
Q: Will you only install one window?
A: Sure! We'll do whatever it is you need done. We even offer a price
assurance guarantee for up to 12 months after your first purchase so if you want
to replace your windows a few at a time, you can lock in a price.
Q: I have a very unique window. Can you replace it?
A: Because we custom make each and every Feldco®
window, we can show you multiple options. Give us a call for a free estimate.
Q: Will new Feldco® windows
really lower my energy costs?

A: Absolutely. Feldco®
has been around Chicagoland for over 30 years. You can rest assured we'll be there
when you need us. We offer a lifetime nonprorated warranty as a part of our excellent
customer service program.
