Position Title:	Feldco® Call Center Customer Delight Representative
Job Description:	Customer-service oriented individuals with inbound/outbound call center experience. We are looking for people with a willingness to learn and exceed our customers’ expectations. If you have excellent communication skills, can be accurate and detail-oriented and like working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, then we need you to help with our continued growth!
Responsibilities:	• Manage customer calls to assist customers with timely and accurate answers • Respond to customer inquiries by telephone or email • Accurately schedule and enter sales and service appointments • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Superior coordination with other departments including Sales, Production, Finance, etc. • Utilize service and problem-solving skills to better serve external and internal customers • Achieve or exceed individual customer service goals and departmental metric standards
