showroom location with feldco carThere are many different ways for individuals, teams and companies to be recognized for their hard work, talent and ability to differentiate themselves from others.  An actor may receive an Oscar, a singer may win a Grammy, a team can win the Super Bowl or World Series and companies can be named the best place to work in America.  In the window and door industry, there is another award that is given out annually by Window and Door Magazine.  This publication looks for window and door companies that demonstrate excellence in a variety of categories.  They look for companies that are leaders in the industry, have succeeded in continued development and has evolved as window and door technology evolves as well.

We were named #1 Window and Door Company in America for Overall Excellence in the Homeowner Market.  Feldco President and Owner, Doug Cook, announced the news to his team last week and the response was overwhelming.  He stated “To be named Number One is truly an honor.  We have persevered over the past six or seven years.  While other companies have scaled back operations, we opted to expand.  It’s a true testament to the team we have in place working hard to serve our customers.”

Feldco Continues to Grow

The home improvement industry has seen its ups and down during this past recession, with many companies being forced to shut their doors.  Feldco, on the other hand, has opened several new locations in the past few years.  We now have operations in Menasha, WI serving Northeast Wisconsin and most recently opened a location in Davenport, IA, marking the fourth state Feldco now proudly serves.
