Our installers are background screened, tested to be drug-free, and certified in product installation. They are required to pass both classroom testing and field work before they are allowed to install for Feldco. We monitor, inspect and grade their work daily.
Your Installation Team reports directly to the Operations manager that scheduled your project, so that you have a single point of contact. Feldco installers are held accountable for exceeding your expectations and delighting you with your Feldco installation.
Once your installation is complete, your installer will walk you through the finished product and operating instructions. They will clean up all debris both inside and outside of your home, and will even clean the windows and doors before they depart. They will review final paperwork with you and answer any concerns.
Your Feldco experience does not end when the Feldco installation truck pulls away from your home. A Field Supervisor is assigned to inspect your finished project around your home. And to ensure you are delighted with Feldco, EVERY customer receives a survey telephone call from an outside representative within a few weeks of finished installation.
The singular purpose of the survey is to measure your overall satisfaction with your Feldco experience. We measure and report these scores throughout the company, so that we know just how well we are meeting our goal of delighting customers. We accumulate these totals, and EVERY SINGLE installation representative and Feldco employee is compensated based on the success we've had in delighting you as a customer.
